Product Description
Profix DS is a powder mineral dissolving system. It helps preparing whole solution in one dissolving tank to store it in a big capacity silos. Then according to Dyeing Machines requirement, necessary amount of mineral solutions can be dosed into additional tanks on time from silos. Automatic washing after dissolving & different solution ratio control are possible to do with the system itself.
The dissolving tank is equipped with a pump, mixer, circulation system, collector for until 10 different mineral chemicals, related valves connection were designed to get final result.
With 2 type of tank cover, it comes with open edge, or close tap for different kind of chemicals.
General Specification:
- Fully dissolved solutions
- Eliminate solid residuals, all solution % errors
- Saves process time
- Reduces the labor costs
- Eliminate defective orders
- Reduce weighing errors
- Powerful mixer
Advanced Construction for Durability and HygieneConstructed using rust-proof stainless steel 304 or 316, this dissolving system guarantees durability and long-term resistance to harsh chemicals. The fully enclosed design, combined with a clean-in-place (CIP) system, ensures sanitary processing and easy maintenance. This is crucial in robust industrial settings where contamination risk must be minimized.
Efficient and Flexible Mixing PerformanceThe system accommodates batch or continuous processes with a variable speed agitator (up to 1450 RPM) and a high shear mixer with baffles. This design delivers thorough and rapid blending for a range of powdered minerals. Customizable tank sizes and adjustable inlet/outlet dimensions make it ideal for diverse industrial requirements.
Precision Control and Enhanced SafetyA touch screen HMI interface and PLC-based automatic control make the system user-friendly and highly precise, maintaining dosing accuracy within +/- 1% of set value. Integrated overload protection, emergency shut-off, and a fully enclosed structure further promote safe operation in demanding environments.
FAQs of Powder Mineral Dissolving System:
Q: How does the Powder Mineral Dissolving System operate?
A: This system employs a high shear mixer with baffles, powered by an electric motor, to rapidly dissolve powdered minerals in water or other solutions. Operators can select between continuous or batch processing modes and precisely control parameters via a touch screen HMI, ensuring optimal blending and dosing accuracy.
Q: What materials can be processed with this dissolving system?
A: The system is designed to handle various powdered minerals, including calcium carbonate (CaCO3), titanium dioxide (TiO2), magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), and similar substances used in industrial processes.
Q: When should you use a Powder Mineral Dissolving System?
A: This system is suitable whenever precise and efficient dissolution of mineral powders is required in manufacturing, chemical processing, or water treatment facilitiesparticularly when rapid processing and dosing accuracy are essential.
Q: Where is this system typically installed?
A: The dissolving system is floor mounted and most commonly installed in industrial plants within industries such as chemical production, mineral processing, and large-scale manufacturing, either as a standalone unit or integrated into production lines.
Q: What is the cleaning process for the dissolving system?
A: Cleaning is performed automatically using the built-in CIP (Clean-in-Place) system, allowing thorough internal sanitation without the need for manual disassembly. This feature streamlines maintenance and maximizes hygiene.
Q: How does the system ensure safety and reliability during operation?
A: Multiple safety features are integrated, including overload protection and emergency shut-off mechanisms. The fully enclosed construction minimizes exposure risks, while the PLC-based control ensures stable, error-free operation.
Q: What benefits does the Powder Mineral Dissolving System offer?
A: Key advantages include rapid and uniform dissolution, precise dosing control, easy operation via HMI, energy efficiency, low noise (<75 dB), rust-proof construction, minimal maintenance requirements, and customizable settings to match specific industrial needs.
