We manufacture stainless steel Yarn Dyeing Machine, which is designed uniquely to save a lot of thermal energy and water. These have about 14 to 24 number of beakers and can reach the maximum temperature of up to 95 deg. C. For level dyeing, frequent reversing of flow direction is ensured within the equipment. The main part of yarn dyeing machine is a dyeing vessel which is made out of SS316. Further, it has an axial pump (can be present internally or externally), one indirect heating system, one preparation tank and an extra tank.

Our yarn dyeing machines are more environment friendly as they have an air pad system which helps in less water usage. Also, it is integrated with a variable frequency drive that ensures higher efficiency.
