Injection Dosing System' is provided for making time to time additions to the beakers without opening the beakers.
Variable speed' rotation of beakers carriage assembly facilitates dyeing of all types of fabric & yarn samples with all classes of dyes.
Automation is through Microprocessor Programmer DC4 F/R and MC10.
Infra Colour is environmental friendly, easy to use Sample Dyeing Machine.
With Infra Colour there is no pollution, no smoke or bad smell in working area as is the case with conventional baths.
The IR machines are available with either "S" Series or "N". Series beakers have a height of 140mm and "N" Series are 200mm in height. Following Capabilities are available in 75ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 250ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1200ml, 6000ml and 1000ml with 2, 4, 6, 12, 18 or 24 stations for the beakers depending on the capacity.
Beakers suitable for Wash Fastness Test as per ISO & BS specification can be offered as an option in Model - 1 (IR-N).
